What we collect
Only what a commission needs: your name or handle, email, Discord tag, region, measurements, and your reference images. We never ask for more than the build requires.
How we use it
To quote, build and ship your commission, and to contact you about it. That's the whole list. We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone without your written permission.
Your character & photos
Your OC stays yours. We only post photos of finished commissions on our socials with your permission — tell us your preference on the quote form and we'll respect it, no questions asked.
Anonymity
Commissions can be fully anonymous. Nothing about you or your order is made public by default.
Storage & deletion
Order details are kept only as long as needed for warranty and repairs. Want your data deleted after delivery? Message us and it's gone.
