The Process
Inquiry
Send your brief — references, character notes, and which package you're after. We confirm slot availability and quote a range.
Deposit & Sketch
A 50% deposit secures your slot. We deliver concept sketches for your approval before any rendering begins.
Refinement
Lineart, color, and detail passes — with check-ins at each stage so revisions happen early, not late.
Delivery
Final payment, then full-resolution files — cut PSDs and rigged models arrive stage-ready.
Terms of Service
Clear terms protect both your commission and our artists. Commissioning us means you agree to the following.
Payment. All prices in USD. 50% non-refundable deposit to begin; remainder due before final file delivery. Payment plans available on premium packages. We accept PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
Revisions. Each stage includes revision rounds at approval checkpoints. Major changes after a stage is approved are billed as additional work.
Usage rights. Personal use (streaming, social, emotes for your own channel) is included. Commercial or merchandising use requires the commercial rights add-on (+50–100%).
Credit. Avio Arts retains the right to display commissioned work in our portfolio unless a private commission is arranged in advance.
Timelines. Turnaround varies per project and queue position; you'll receive an estimate with your quote and progress updates throughout.
FAQ
Do you do art, cutting, and rigging as one package?+
Yes — we're a team, so a single commission can cover model art, PSD separation, and rigging end-to-end. Bundled projects get one point of contact and a coordinated timeline.
Can you rig a model drawn by another artist?+
Absolutely. If the PSD isn't rig-ready we'll quote a separation pass first (Standard or Premium PSD Cutting), then rig on top of it.
What decides where in the price range my project lands?+
Design complexity — layered outfits, ornate accessories, effects, and the number of expressions or toggles. You'll get a firm quote after we review your brief.
Do I own my character?+
Your character design belongs to you. Personal streaming use is always included; add commercial rights if you plan to sell merch or use the art in monetized branding beyond your channel.
